Yesterday I hit a HOLE in the road pretty hard and since then my gauge cluster has not been working. It lights up and the clock works, but RPM, speedo, temp, gas, and mileage stopped working. Anyone face anything similar? I'm thinking its not the actual cluster since it still lights up and the clock works, and it literally stopped working about 5 mins after I hit the hole in the road.

Check your fuses. Also if this happened when you hit a bump id be looking for damaged wiring. Look under you driver side front fender to see if there is any damage to that harness.

Thank you for the reply sir! I took the cluster out and sure enough, one of my connections from my n00b years had come loose. Cut it, soldered it, and now it works!

Its funny how you look at your skill level a the years go by..... The wiring will tell all! Lol you look at some of the stuff you've wired in the past and go ” wtf was I thinking”

Tell me about it! Two ends of the wires were just twisted together by hand and covered with crappy electrical tape! I'm suprised it lasted this long.
