just finished replacing some gauge needles on my 92 240sx gauge cluster and now they move slow, primarily the speedometer and tachometer. i've tried adjusting them (i.e. how they sit in the hole) but i can't fix this problem..anyone have any advice? thanks.

are they touching the faceplate? I'm guessing you got some from here maybe? http://www.importintelligence....-EditI didn't want this to happen to my needles so I just got gauge faces. I'll be wiring LEDs into the cluster to change the needle colors and lettering,
