Gauge cluster lens damage

Hey everyone, this is my first post. I just bought an 08 Altima 2.5 with decent miles and no real problems but 2 cosmetic things, one of which is driving me NUTS. The gauge cluster lens looks like someone tried to clean it with some type of cleaning product that was way too harsh, and everything except the actual speedometer is near impossible to read. I found replacement ones for cheap, but my question is has anyone here ever done this? Anytime I have ever had to do something dash related it has been a major pain in the a**.. Would this be rather simple to replace?

I had to replace mine awhile back after a detail shope effed mine up with some kind of cleaner. It wasn't to bad a process.

All you have to do is remove the black trim (it snaps out) and then the "clear" cover just snaps off of the gauge cluster and you just snap the new one in place and snap the black trim back into place.

It is easier to do if you remove the entire gauge cluster from the dash but if you have had issues with dash related projects in the past I would not recommend doing that.

Yep, I did... it was much easier than I was expecting.. and I can read my gauges now!! Probably took 15 minutes.
