Gauge cluster keeps flashing!

Car: 1991 Nissan 240sx w/ SR20

I have had problems with my dash cluster flashing when I hit a bump or shut the door. I have the digital cluster with the HUD. I have never removed the entire dash, only the cluster. I have had this problem since I got the car and replaced the entire cluster as well as parts in the cluster. Has anyone else had this problem or am I going nuts, any solutions?

Fuse. The blue one labeled 15 on the right side of your fuse box third from the bottom. It's loose and is arcing everytime you hit a bump. Replace it.
