Gauge Cluster Flashing

So I have my car running finally but my speedo and tach still arent registering.

I can live without the tach and im going to try replacing the speed sensor tomorrow to see if that fixes the speedo issue.

My problem is my gauge lights flash, its a steady flash thats doesnt stop. In accessory and while started, they just flash..all of them. Heres what i've done so far based on searching this site and others.

Replaced the white box next to the fuse box on the driver side. (I used the white box out of my 90' fastback which was working fine back when the single cam ran.)
Replaced the turn signal lever/switch thing (also out of the fastback)
Tried replacing the cluster with my single cam cluster, still blinks.
From what I can tell I dont have anything grounding out in the radio area, i even clipped all the loose speaker wires that were there....

Im out of ideas, anyone have this issue before?
