The first thing is to remove that "running daylight" fuse. If there was no fuse there before, it's probably for an option not on installed on your car. You might be completing a circuit that should not be active. As for the engine, fuses are probably not the cause. Did you perhaps do anything to the throttle body or MAF - did you unplug or clean them?
The three fuses I had to replace were on the box in the driver's foot well. Open the box, look at the bottom row. There are three 10amp fuses in the center of that bottom row. Those are the three I blew when changing my dome lights. Those fuses control the seats, dash lights, interior lights, steering wheel adjustment, etc. They do not have anything to do with engine performance.
You may want to re-trace your steps from the beginning. Make sure you didn't accidentally unplug or make changes to anything in the engine compartment. If you're upgrading to LEDs, there is no reason to even look at the engine compartment. Also, check your battery cables. These cars do all sort of tricks when the cable are even slightly loose.
