goneMOAB is the premier Nissan offroad and outdoor experience event. goneMOAB takes place every year in Moab, UT. goneMOAB 2007 will take place May 20th through May 25th. In addition to great trail rides you will have the opportunity to experience everything that Moab has to offer.
All Nissan trucks and SUV's are welcome to the event. While certain trail rides carry a minimum equipment requirement, there is something for everyone.

Registration is now open.
It would be nice to see more non-Xterra Nissans at this event. Last year there was one SASed pathfinder, one frontier & one SASed hardbody(Calmini).

I've always wanted to go on this, but as long as they keep having it in May, a teacher like me won't be able to go.

This sounds like it would be awesome! Im not sure my stock hardbody would be up to the challenge though.

There are plenty of trails that stock trucks do just fine on. There are three different set of trail for the various levels of trucks.
2 years ago a stock pathy took Hell's Revenge better than some of the lifted Xterras because of their reduced overhang.
Folks at gonemoab are very friendly & will spot you over obstacle. Even if you don't want to drive, there are plenty of empty passanger seats to ride along.

It's not the only premier event. The Nissan4wheelers.com AZ Run VII is March 12-16, 2007. Last year's event was covered in the October 2006 issue of Four Wheeler.
GONEMoab is a cool ride. Went back in 2003 when my crawler gears were brand new.
