First guess is fuel injector leak, but if there's gas on all plugs, I don't know. Maybe all seals just happen to be leaking at the same time. Or engine is just running way too rich.

in the latter of what daedalus said you would wanna check your coolant temp sensor, air flow meter idle voltage, o2 sensors sweep voltages and reaction time, start with checking your throttle body for carbon build up clean and set your base idle. all this should be checked if you have a rich running condition in all cylinders.

Thanks for the replys guys! Anyways I forgot to include that before I washed my engine then this started happening. I waited one day for everything to dry up and took out spark plugs and cleaned em then boom no more misfiring. Thanks guys but just for my information what do you think I might of wet to get this?

Well if you soaked your air filter then maybe not enough air was entering the engine, so the gas couldn't combust completely.
