Gasoline on spark plugs

Found gasoline on spark plugs and car starts but idles rough then turns off. Can anyone enlighten me?BTW 1990 240sx

Uber rich... you have some fouled plugs there.

Specifically it's from the fuel being hosed into the chamber, especially if they are black.

Check your fuel injectors for leaks, and check the fuel pressure regulator for correct operation. The procedures are outlined in your factory service manual.
