I have a 65 320 pickup with an E1 engine that I need to rebuild. Any idea where I can get the gaskets and other stuff I need to do the job.

Thankyou

Welcome to the forum

The search feature works really well on here.  It might get you a faster answer sometimes.

Here's a thread that already covers what you need

We'll look forward to hearing more about your rig.

Thanks for you help. I think I'm starting to figure out how to get around. By the way I love the way you did your truck. I like the unigue way you left some of the old finish and I enjoyed the pictures of the process.

This is the one I used for a '66 j13.  Don't know if it will be a perfect match.

It had a felt front seal where I substituted a NAPA part # 15846 seal.

Purchased the bearings here.http://www.motorpowerinc.com/pricing/j15.html

Thanks...it will be a lot cooler when it's on the road.  I look back now and wonder why I wasn't doing all this electrical stuff over the winter!!!

Sorry for the ignorant question if it has been answered elsewhere already.

Will the J15 engine kit from Motorpower inc. fit the E1 block?

If not, where might I find a complete engine bearing kit or full rebuild kit?

Or will I have to piece them together?

Thanks again for anyones help.
