gasket replacement

so im planning on buying my first 240, ive wanted one for a really friggin long time, and i love the fastback so im looking 91-94. problem is, most of the ones i find have a hell of a lotta miles on em. do you think it would be worth it to first buy a engine gasket set and replace all of the gaskets? also what are the engine specs as far as performance goes on the KA? like hp at the wheels
