Do you have to replace the gaskets when thee intake manifold, throttle body, and exhaust manifold is replaced?

Yes..anytime you take parts like that off you will need to replace the gaskets. If you dont then you run the serious risk of sucking air into the motor. The gaskets "form" to the parts when you torque them down and no matter how close they look you wont be able to get them to seal properly again..

The problem is either you will create a vaccuum leak or suck air into the motor...either way you will have an engine that will not want to run as well ...since the ecu isnt measuring that air .. I am sure there is a more technical answer..but that about sums it up...

as for the exhaust, I would say yes..to help keep it all quiet...but I have known people that run without them...also one possible problem would be when its not warm outside (not neccesarily cold) you could suck a valve.(also only worst case scenario)
