please describe How to replace a gas tank for an S14thanks a lot!

get to your fuel pump area, disconnect the fuel lines and cap off the lines to the fuel pump. go to the bottom of your car, you'll find two big straps holding your gas tank up. get a wood block and a jack. Put the wood block on the part of the jack that's going to touch with the gas tank and get the wood block just high enough to make contact with the fuel tank. Follow the two straps to find bolts at either end of the tank. Undo those bolts and the fuel tank will come down.

where do i find the fuel pump?

is the gas tank located on top of the differential?

the fuel pump area is behind a small metal plate held on by 4 bolts behind the passenger seats. the gas tank is at the back end of your car. Look under there and you won't be able to miss it.
