I am trying to get my 93 hatch running after about 2 years of sitting and I'm putting in a new engine. Anyway i need to get the gas tank off and I've got the straps off and the tank is hanging but wont come out.I searched everywhere and cant find anything but that there are one or two bolts on the filler neck under the filling door. I cant find them to save my life and they have to be whats keeping me from getting the tank loose, thats the side with the holdup. So if someone could give me a little more detail I will owe my life.

Two bolts, then push the rubber grommet/gas fill out of the gas door and it will just drop out. Make sure you undo the fuel pump connection and gas hoses up top.

So do i have to take the little protector in the wheel well to get to the bolts?

Does the agency clutch line run straight from the master to the slave cylinder?

Yeah you have to that that protector off. That's why you can't see the bolts right now. Then as said above you have to push the rubber piece out from the gas filler neck (Open the gas door and push what you put the gas in.)^^make sure fuel pump lines are off also, you have to remove the cover on the trunk to get to them, there are two of them. And also unplug the harness for it.What, clutch line? master and slave cylindeR? For what?I Though this waws about fuel.

Thanks for the answer

It is about fuel i just didnt want to make a bunch of question threads Anyway I found out about the clutch line there is the two piece line for the dampener box and a one piece line so you can run it straight from master to slave cylinder.
