Every once in awhile when I fill the tank on my 2007 M35 the pump clicks off before the tank is full and will not take any more. Anyone know why?

This used to happen a lot on my old RL, particularly when I would have the nozzle on "high" and jammed all the way in. I think the problem was the gas was going in faster than the air could get out.

Solution was to back off the pace a little and not put the nozzle in so deep. At least while filling a gas tank.

I know folks have complained but didnt think there was TSB for it yet. You have the number??

My trick is to start the pump slow and rotate it about 30 degrees. Then after a few secs you can pump faster and I usually have no problems.

A common problem which happened all the time on my 06 m35. Hasn't happened yet on my 08 m35, but who knows if they fixed it.

Agree....pump slowly and turn the nozzle about 30 degrees....that usually works.

Infiniti Service Bulletin ITB08-041 addresses this problem. It was issued August 22, 2008.
