Problem is, the militants in Iraq are targeting the oil production and delivery infrastructure in Iraq.
On the topic of pump prices. I have noticed in Central Indiana, typically there is a 10cent difference between grades of gasoline. (87octane 1.78, 89 octane 1.88 and 93 octane 1.98) but now with the price of gas going up instead of jacking up the price of all grades, some gas stations are cutting into that spread. They have reduced the 10cent spread to 5cent. Now gas prices are 87octane 1.98, 89octane 2.03 and 93 octane 2.08. Instead of 1.98, 2.08 and 2.18.
Should the price of gasoline fluctuation so radically? That is one of the biggest problems around here. Prices are cheap in the morning and go up in the afternoon and evening.
