Gas Pedal Vibration

Good afternoon.

I have a continued vibration from my gas pedal at medium throttle (probably between 2,000 and 3,000 RPM). This feels like it is specific to the pedal assembly (some kind of spring/bushing that might be causing the vibration). Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a specific solution?

By the way. The vehicle is a 2001 QX4. 124k

Try regreasing the areas indicated with any NLGI No. 2 lithium soap base grease, and torquing everything back to spec:
