gas pedal

sometimes my gas pedal feels so light when i press down and sometimes i have to push it down harder any one know whats goin on ? ? ?. . . and my muffler sounds louder then b4 is that good or bad . . . ? ? ?

throttle cable may be sticking in the sheath. Try pulling the throttle open an see if the plate closes slower than it should.Muffler may be losing packing, is it new?

ait thnx ill try it . . . i had my muffler for 3 months now . .

either it's coming loose and leaking and one of the flanges or the packing is just seasoned, it takes a little while for it to settle from brand new.
