did the problem start right after the fuel pump was replaced, or did it run with the new pump and then died??, if the pump worked and then died, then keep on reading and check out the picture in the link below......
take the easy steps first, check the fuel hoses, fuel pressure regulator, fuel tank cap.... also make sure that the intake piping is all in place, check the air filter for any blockage, and make sure that both vacuum lines running to the fuel pressure regulators are in place (see picture in the link below) ....
if all those checks fail to reveal something, then go ahead and check the fuel lines, pull both of them out (make sure to mark which is which, because one of them is a return line, if they are put backwards, the engine will not start).... turn the key to (ON) but dont start, you should hear the sound of the fuel pump pressurising the fuel lines...
if you dont hear it, then check the fuel injector fuse and the fuel pump fuse, then check the fuel pump, get to the pump (dont remove it yet), check if all contacts are in place and that nothing is loose.....
if all is in order, then it would most likely be a fuel pump failure, get another pump and put it in there, and start her up.....
by the way, which lines did you see to conclude that there is no gas going into the engine???
i've attached a picture of the stock engine with instructions in the link below, i hope this helps
