Hi everyone,

Had the J30 sitting in the driveway for a few months and thought better tune it up a bit before the winter hits. Had to charge the battery. Started no problem although seemed to have a miss with what seemed like one cylinder not working correctly so was going to put the reader on it. was going to move it to better spot on the driveway and so rev'd it a bit and it took off, buried the tack and would not back off. I quickly turned it off with the key. Now the gas pedal feels very loose, I mean stepping on it, it moves very easily like it is disconnected but stuck in the high position. Easy fix? Or what could be the most obvious issue? Thanks.

Have you checked the cable on the top center of the engine ?
The cover comes off with an allen wrench.
If I recall it should only have a tiny bit of slack.
You might also check both throttle body's for a bind.
