gas light, and car stalls

for about the past week, ive noticed a few things go wrong with my 240. every 10 mins or so, ive noticed my gas light will come on even though my tank is nowere near low, and also when it dose do this, my car feels like it stalls when i move from a stop

Have you replaced your fuel pump/filter lately?

yep, check the fuel filter. I just replaced mine. It's easy and you should do it every 20-30k.

i did when i bought the car in june, new sparkplugs/wires, oil change, oil filter, fule filter ect. and its only been driven maybe 4k miles since then

check your ground for the sending unit/ fuel pump assembly. It sounds to me like your loosing it which would case the low fuel light to come on and the pump to shut down. lift up the rear carpet in the hatch area and check the wires coming out of the plate on the right side for damage.

My thoughts exactly. Your symptoms sound exactly like when I actually am low on fuel and the light comes...then I start to go around a turn that causes the little fuel thats elft in ym tank to move away from the pump pickup...causing my engine to stall...
