gas leak? smell of gas is gettin me high

So I just had tons of work done on my car. Some maintenence. Mostly to get it to pass smog. Which it finally did thank god. Now everytime I. Turn my the heat on the car smells like unburned gas reeaaally bad. The only thing I've checked is by the fuel filter. It doesn't make sense to me. Doesn't it pull air from the cowl? Has anyone had problems similar to this? Or any information at all.

I had this same exact problem, but it was after I put injectors in. It turned out that I forgot to either tighten a fuel line clamp down or had a bad injector o-ring. I would just check near the fuel rail when the car is running and check for any leaks.

Had the same problem until I replaced all my fuel lines with new hose

It looks like its my fuel damper. I'm going to take a better look at it tomorrow. See if its just a loose hose or something

In case anyone was worried for my well being. I got under the hood today and tightened all the loose fuel lines (3). Then rode around with the heat on. It appears to be fixed. So yay! A no money fix!
