Gas Guzzler Tax?

Hello all. I will be picking up a M35x 2007. Paper work all done dealer just need to prep it up. I think I got a good deal paying 47,260 with Advance Tech package,Technology Package,HID headlights with AFS and trunk mat,Splash guard and spoiler. Now the ? is the dealer is charging me a GAS GUZZLER TAX of $190.00. I never read anything about that. Has any one else have this tax put on there car. Thanks.

There is NO gas guzzler tax currently listed on the M35x on the Infiniti web site (I have paid a gas guzzler tax before on a V8 Audi S4). It sounds like the dealer is trying to add a pack. I would have them prove it and if they did, I would have them pay for it themselves.

It is a good deal.
