Gas Gauge Problem

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Sometimes when I fill up it doesn't go all the way to the F symbol on the gauge. Like last night I filled up as much as I could, couldn't put one drop more in and it only shows just over a quarter tank.

Also, I apparently only put 26L in when it was showing only a quarter tank left. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my gas gauge?

There's something wrong. Probably a faulty fuel level sender.

Oops, my bad, it shows just over 3/4 of a tank after filling. Mornings make me make mistakes

If the tank is full, i.e. the gas level is up in your fuel filler neck, and your gauge shows 3/4 tank, you probably still have a problem. And it's probably still the fuel sender. Take it in, assuming it's under warranty.

Yep got an appointment on Tuesday. It better still be under warranty, I've only had it 2 months :P
