When I go to fill up it stops a quarter till full!?! I've tried many gas stations in alot of cities. Also, that swerving item that beeps would show that it was off on the dash, but on underneath the steering wheel. Now I do have the Injen intake on my car, could this be the problem? If not then I'm feeling like theres something wrong with the ECU. This along with the Cruise control problem happened in the same week! I love my M and cant wait for a supercharger, but if I have to put up with these problems I'll sell it. I've been loosing faith in Infiniti/Nissan and hate to say I was looking at a 6 series to replace this car. Just in case these problems continue. Has anyone else have these problems? Thanks

Common problem with many cars today ... seems to be more of an issue with the G35 rather than the M. I'd have the dealer look at it - I think that there was a fix available in a TSB.

Since I do not have the new M, I cannot comment on them per se. It sounds(?) like you may have some gremlin that needs to be found. The dealer can do a full check of the engine and electronics (attach a Nissan consult) and check the various processors that are involved.

Did the cruise control problem get resolved? What specific fix was done for that?

The Dealership's recall(?) on the cruise control, they did something lol its all I know at the moment. I'll be taking the M into the closest Sewell next week so they can fix everything (including the tire!). With the tire, it's gotten to the point that when I brake the entire car vibrates BAD (grrrr).Hopefully they can fix these little problems before this goes any further, I really love the M45! Seems kind of crappy I bought the car cash and now they don't care about the service. But even with my Lexus (same dealership) they did nothing, like they would make me pay for recalls while I would be giving them the recall numbers (yes I got my money back)! Does anyone know Infiniti's complaint phone number? It's bad enough they do nothing with certain issues, but this dealership wouldn't even let me use their bathroom until I parked my car inside their garage! To be mean I parked it at the entrance and took my time checking out the new Escalade/XLR-V I know I know, I'm an a-hole! WISH ME, or my lawyer, LUCK! ThanksD.I really hope these problems are the newbie bugs like I had on my old IS300 (first 1000 to hit the states so it had a few) and they've found a fix.
