gas gauge not showing full

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I have read the forums and found that this is something that isn't too unusual. Bad sending unit wont show a full tank of gas (about 1/8th or so short of full)

My wty expired last month... This has been happening on mine for a handful of fill ups before I finally looked into it. Not a big deal at all, but if I can get it replaced for free - I will... So I left a message with my service rep and quoted the TSB that I found on the Nico forum for the Rogue... Should hear back on Monday and let's hope it is good news...like it should be. Not a wear and tear item, so hopefully they will replace.

replaced TWO sending units ...one being inside a new fuel pump, and gave it a mult-pt inspection and a wash. Looking good! Driving great! Tank shows full!

Had a G25 loaner. Not anwhere as fun as the EX, but it still has a little power if you put the pedal to the floor! It did get 25-27 mpg in mixed driving though....

Good news Xis.

Thanks for the heads-up.
