Any one have a problem with their gas gauge, it bobbles and when braking it moves up and when accelerating it goes down and after driven and stopped it moves up and down, i am thinking it is the float but i am not sure also if this has happened to anyone and they know how to fix please let me know thanks.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Is it a significant amount? Is it still reading accurately?

Could be the float, but also check the sender connections on the top of the fuel pump.

According to your post in the other thread, it's right on the money.

You might want to try some fuel system cleaner, it worked for me when my gauge was doing that. Now it still does it but you have to really watch to notice anything at all.

I'd stay away from fuel system cleaner. It's designed for cars without pintle-less injectors like ours. Injector cleaner/fuel system cleaner is known to eat away at the discs that make our injectors work. Seafoam is a safer alternative, but you'll want to change your fuel filter afterwards.

Seafoam is exactly what used, also besides the filter if you use it in the intake or oil you need to do a oil change shortly after.

What about if you do it from the booster line?is that good or not?

It's great for use in the brake booster line, but a lot of people have been doing it to the small vacuum lines on the throttle bodies, since it will go to the cylinders more evenly. I think Tony knows a lot more about this method than I do. I always used the brake booster line, but that method doesn't evenly spread to all the cylinders. The front two are going to have minimal seafoam effect.
