Gas door help...

Can someone take a picture of the inside of your gas door. I need to see how the spring that makes it pop open fits onto the gas door.

Anyone? Its getting old having to cram a water bottle in between the seat and door to hold the lever down while I pull the gas door open with the key...it's much easier with a passenger.

just bend the spring back. i had to do that the other day and now it flips open like my car is excited for more gas!

the problem is that I have no spring so I need to see how it works in order to create a more efficient ghetto rig. Ill just buy a new spring soon but I don't know how the spring is attached.

It only goes on one way. Keep trying it until it fits on properly.

i found another s14 to look at and realized that it is not a spring it is a bent piece of metal that clips to the door. i can make one i think...
