1) don't start the engine again
2) don't crank the engine, except maybe with all of the spark plugs removed and the fuel pump fuse pulled, and in order to perform a compression test
3) park the car in a cool shady place, remove the fuel pump fuse, take and leave OFF the gas cap, relieve pressure on the fuel system, keeping things away from any open flames
4) order six new pairs of upper and lower fuel injector o-rings, a new plenum gasket, two new PCV valves and a few other plenum related gaskets, o-rings and hoses
5) remove the plenum and the fuel rails, and carefully install new injector o-rings
6) unclog/clean your EGR tubes
7) you may also want to replace all six injectors with new OEM injectors (not reconditioned) and check/clean/do any number of other good things while you are at it.
8) change your oil and filter, as fuel has probably gotten into the oil pan
