Garrett turbo?

I have a Garrett turbo that i got off an intenational diesel engine, I looked up the part number and iam not getting much info. What i wanted to know is if i could bolt this up to my rb25 s1 and can the internal wastegate be deleted. Info about the turbo:

Compressor: .58 ARTurbine: .88 ARinternal wastegate

i really dont know anything else about this turbo. Is it ball bearing? T3? any information would gladly appreciate it Iam posting some pictures, its a little bit rusty and dirty!!!
