Hello! My buddy was leaving to Iraq and we found in his garage a turbo garrett t3/t4 1.0 ar hot side, .6 ar cold... It has been laying in the garage for about a year. So he gave it to me... I don't know anything about turbos, I'm was going to put t04e .63 ar turbo for my setup.550cc injectorsz32 maftial 8lbs wastegateenthalpy

So as the title says the question is if garrett t3/t4 1.0 ar hot side, .6 ar cold will work for my setup and how will it work?

If it's in decent shape try to sell it... Or if you're on a real budget go for it, but like said- it will be laggy as hell.

i dont think he noticed the 1.0 a/r....

op you should sell... or I should say, you must... sell.

get a compressor map for it and learn to read it. you'll know exactly how much boost your getting at each rpm.

One could just have easily swapped out the turbine housing for one with a lower A/R. The only thing you would have to do is determine the turbine wheel trim and then order a turbine housing for that trim with the A/R you want...
