I have two different branded T3 outlet flanges which I have confirmed all measurments online and the flanges are precise. One on them is a Vibrant.Anyway I went to get a downpipe welded up today and it turns out the flanges are way smaller then the turbo outlet housing. I dont know how this is possible but my garrett t3 exhaust outlet doesnt match an ordinary t3 flange. It's close but theres got to be something wrong here.Does anybody have any comparable issues?or ideas?

its a t3/t4 50 trim .48a/r

I had a similar isse with a turbo once. I made a custom downpipe flange for mine though. I've found it best to buy flanges and gaskets etc from the same company.

had an issue with a 5 bolt ebay t3 flange, but not that bad, I just made one of the holes a slot, fits like a glove now.

wow thats weird,

all you can do, is either buy new ones... or make one.

im not sure which metal you'd use but you could cut and drill it pretty fast.If you're in a hurry.
