i like it a lot better than 2e. I played 2e for years before 3e came out. Things make sense. AC and To Hit rolls only increase. None of this negative AC crap or what you would have to roll to hit someone with an AC of 0. All AC starts out at 10 in 3e, and goes up depending on the bonuses you accrue. To Hit rolls start out at 0 and depending on class, strength, and weapon bonuses, will climb as well. Then you roll d20, add the roll to your To Hit score, and try to beat your opponent's AC score.dantech wrote:Ive never played 3ed. Is it better or worse?

What is your favorite D&D module? I remember this one (old one, probly date me) called "Castle Amber". This was the funnest and best story ever. I heard that they were making a PC game that is duplicating the old D&D modules. That would be sweet to make a PC game about this module. Best....Game.....Ever.tenkawa_akito wrote:the skills make sense now. and the feats are a cool addition.
i got my old 3.0 stuff for $20 a piece when it first came out. and like every good crack dealer, they raised the price
