I was planning on using this turbonetics turbo, and 370s would be too small. But I'm not sure if I wanna go KA-T or not. Pretty indecisive

I'd rather just sell it. It goes for like $750 new, and this thing is mint as hell. No shaft play and you could prob eat off the intake housing. Has all the oil line fittings and what not as well.

and at the cost of buying a SR + having it installed is too good to pass up. Especially vs having a KA rebuilt. I can do very little of my own work now due to all the surgeries so I have to pay for everything. When this KA finally does go there will be one more SR in town. Probably...

okay.........

well guys, got my 550's in, SR hauls a**, got a bit of fine tuning to do, but other than that, the old girl rides the F out...

i'll be putting on my complete suspension tomorrow at Clawhammers house-

Rear lower control armsRear upper control armsRear toe rodsRear traction rodsRear 28.5mm sway barEnergy suspension end linksFront tension rodsFront lower control armFront 30.5mm sway barEnergy Suspension end linksSolid sway bar bushings

and then taking it to firestone for a custom alignment... she should be riding on rails now, little to no body roll, chassis night as tight, it'll be nice to have a complete suspension to match the power she's putting down... will be good to have....

if anyone is available, ya should swing through, lend a hand, hang out, whatev....

damn, if i was in gville, i'd go 2 hang.. but im not so owell.. anyways, since u stated your new parts, i shall post mine.. :D

as many of you know, im the only 1 that has a specv in this 240 crew lol so this summer ive been working night and day 2 fix up my trans.. here's what i got SO FAR..

- JWT clutch and flywheel ($700)- SS clutch line ($40)- Redline MT-90 and redline MTL transmission fluid.. doing a 50/50 mix ($50)- New shifter bushings ($40)- Changing the rubber POS bushings in between the crossmember and bolts w/ SS washers ($5) [keep in mind im FWD]- New flywheel bolts ($20)- Installation was bout $220ish... $200 for the guy and $20 for beer lol

overall ive spent well over $1k on my trans alone..

if something goes wrong w/ the trans after this s***, im going to sell it and get a 240 lol

I've never understood people that post mods and prices..should we ooh and ahh over how much you paid for fluid?

Stop spending money on your car, I might get back 10 of the over 20 I have in my car. Might as well sell it now before you dump all the money in it and end up with a 240 anyway...don't spend money on it either.

Those of you that want to come by if you're anybody you know where I'm at

Oh and labor charges!? Really? Roll those sleeves up son.

Kelsey, I've seen when you were done with your last two cars and I gotta admit, NOT IMPRESSED.

Man my brain is everywhere right now. Hope you guys could follow that train.
