it was pretty bad. destroyed the s15 front. broke the front rim. the whole side was beat up. after they got it on a trailer and away from the track, they were already starting to part it out.

so today i witnessed evil cops at work some guy spun his tire and went to jail. i can only hope his friend got the keys to his car. i feel this is way out of line even for cops he got to criminal charges for dumping his clutch WTF

I'm not saying I agree with what happened at all, but it's the equivalent to natural selection. You go up there and do stupid s***...what do you expect? Most of the people up there are pretty retarded.

There was a chopper flying around out there for like 45 minutes tonight.

reckless driving is a arrestable offence, sucks to hear that but its true, and yes clawhammer is correct, 95% of the people out there are between the ages of 14-17, the helicopter likes to wait untill a group of people leave and see where they go drive at.

Actually, The people out there have been warned multiple times about doing stuff like that. Before they were just giving tickets to people who did stupid s***, but it got so out of hand that the head of police gave the ok to start the arrests.

It really is stupid though. There used to be a dumbass PT cruiser out there doing burnouts and he was out of control. He almost hit a few cars a few times, which is why i dont park over there anymore.

I've lived in Gainesville most of my life... Never been to the ale house meet... I always hear bad things about it. Kiddie drama and stupidity from what I hear.

Don't we have enough people in Gainesville now on NICO to get together and do something that does not require the cops showing up? I don't deal well with the cops, especially GPD.

GPD pulled me over and couldn't find anything to charge me with, so the pig threatened to arrest me and take me to jail/impound my car because I did not have my contacts in... But I did have them in... Made me remove one to prove it, I had no solution to clean it or anything so I couldn't get it back in right (without it burning my eye out) so I had to park it. He ended up giving me a ticket for running a YELLOW light... It never turned red while I was in the intersection, it just turned yellow, that was enough to get me into court.

I would love to run into that cop off duty!

I guess i never thought of it the way you guys explained it. i just think that its a little overboard to arrest some one for spinning tires. On the a side note i do think it would be a great idea to start another meet some where I'm pretty much tired of seeing red painted brake drums

I'm down for makin a separate 240 meet. We were gunna try to do it a while back when a million 240's showed up at the ale house one time, but it never happened. Someone has everyones # that showed up that one time but i cant remember who has that list... Theres also a bunch of Ocala guys who would be down to meet up sometimes.

240 or just Nissan in general would kick a**! We would need to figure out someplace good to meet. The ale house is obviously out of the question, unless we want to attract more drama. Maybe meet up someplace talk and go for a nice drive... someplace... I dunno, it's early, I'm cold and the gears are not turning so fast this morning so to speak.

I've got a few in my phone.. but i dont have everyone's number. I still have trouble with some names sometimes.

I'll talk to Bryant and see if he has that list. I can also contact some of the Ocala guys to see if they would be interested.

and as far as where we meet, it kinda depends on what we're goin for. Do we want to have the meet where we can be able to get some food while we're there? do we want it to be early or late in the evening? what day? etc...

I'd be down for a weekday around 8 or so. Cuz I don't know about some of y'all, but sometimes I have class early in the morning and I go home a lot on weekends to work on strippin my other car as well as hopefully soon putting the parts on my white one...

I vote for an earlier meet. Not real early but maybe around 8 or so like KoukiBass14oon said. I have to get up about 7 or earlier all week so blah, I'm no fun when it comes to doing anything late these days. lol

im good for thursdays at 8ish so all the cops are patrolling the other side of town we should be over by the nissan dealership where the round bar used to be i think is an open lot, or the old sonics somwere on that side of town any how i cant meet on weekends or fridays
