'bout $150 for an a/c recharge sound about right? It's the best quote I've gotten so far but have my feelers out there.

Found a possible KA, it's all taken apart though... I have no idea what I am looking at maybe I can talk/bribe Tom into going look at it with me see if it's worth buying. Then all I have to do is figure how the hell to get it back here...

& now I need to sign up for a damn facebook account before I can see the videos... lol

go buy two cans of r134a and call me, ill get james gauges this week, did you get another shop to look at the car after i took a look at it? if it needs a recharge ill just do it for ya to save you that money

I know that's the same price as the KA... So for the price of a recharge I could just get another motor.

I had another shop look at it but all they did was ask me questions not actually look at anything... Everyone else wanted 'bout $20 to look at it, tell me it probably needs recharged. From what I have described to each place they say it sounds like I need a recharge though. Who knows?

Got my IATS in the mail yesterday, OMG did I need it. I was running so damn rich I was only getting about 200 mpt

its the outlet of the w/g that appears to have the w/g outlet pointing straight down towards the mount. what chassis was he running this manifold in?

Could be there in 20 - 30 minutes depending on weather I am awake when you call or not. lol

Thanks man I picked up about 4 of these metal monkey key chains when I found them because I new I could never replace it and I like it so much... That and the price was right!

I think I am also in need of a KA to last me until January or so...Car has been overheating with the A/C on. Replaced the radiator, thermostat, radiator cap, and nothing. So the only other thing i can thing of is a leaking head gasket.
