You have two options to get the gauge sluster out.1. Remove the sterring wheel.2. Lower the sterring column.
There is a third but really not preferable...break the bezel...yeah didn't think you wanted that one.
Removing the steering wheel is probably the easiest, just make sure that you mark the allignment , otherwise your turn angle sensor will not be correctly alligned, and your turn signals won't work properly. Just be careful with it and take your time. Once you get the bezel out there wil be, I think, four screws holding the gauge cluster in. Once the gauge cluster is unscrewed, remove the electrical connections on the back of it. To get at the odometer you need to remove the rear half of the gauge cluster from the front half, YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE THE CLEAR PLASTICE LENSE. Then figure out what is broken. If you need a new odometer gear set, e-mail me and I can send you one for S&H, but act fast as I won't be in town much longer.
