GA16DE to an SR20DET GTIR

I have a 1994 nissan sentra se with an GA16DE engine and i am planning on putting in a SR20DET GTIR engine. the GTIR comes with the engine ECU and wiring harness is that all I need for the swap to work? or do I need any extra parts?

you may need a transmission your gunna wanna replace your water pump, and your clutch, those are just 2 of things I reccomend to replace when you do a swap.

Call local junkyards, that'd probably be the easiest way. There are sites that track junkyard inventories as well, Google it.

Hey go to JDMSOURCE.CA you can get the whole shabang for $1900....including uncut harness...and Maf...

Dont forget - you will also need an SE-R clutch, and flywheel! The gtir flywheel is larger than the fwd sr20 flywheels, and won't work with the fwd transmission.
