You know theres a few little "hacks" Ive wondered about if there possible and if anyone here can shed some light on how to do them. Namely I had my steering column of the other day and was trying to figure out how to get the automatic seat positioner to work only when the door opens.it seems to me that its the obvious choice for easy ingress/egress.I think it would be easy to do if you can fool the car into thinking the key is always in the ignition.I couldnt find any obvious switch/wire whatever that was responsible, any ideas? or am I the only one that would prefer this? Heres another hack that I saw on a y32. This guy had takin the electronic voice box off of an 85 300z(y31?) and put it in his car.for those of you that have never seen this thing its really cool.if you have your lights on/low on fuel/door adjar youll here this female voice saying so instead of hearing a chime.didnt really have a chance to ask him how it was done but ive always wanted to do it everytime i see an old 300z in the junk yard.
