G50: Windshield wipers misaligned (how to adjust?)

I made the mistake of activating my wipers when the blades were frozen to the windshield. My blades now do not return fully to the down position when I turn them off or in between intermitttent wipes. They stop about 1/3 of the way up the glass. However, when the wipers are activated, they do sweep through the full range of motion.

Is there any way to adjust them so they will rest in the fully down position?

once they are in the rest position, just push them down. Ive had that happen a couple times.

That was my first thought but I stopped myself thinking I might strip something and cost myself money I don't have.
