NC is steadily growing it's NICO Q45 base!!
One thing to remember when pushing after market power in the Q. The transmission is designed to have a super smooth transition between gears so you don't "feel" anything. Boosting power without addressing this issue will eventually destroy the transmission. A level 10 transmission with a nasty torque converter would be nice, but it's expensive. Some alternitives which exist are a valve body job to the transmission would allow for a crisper, harder shift with no slipage of the clutch thus allowing a longer life for your transmission for a fraction of the cost of a level 10(although if I had the money I'd like the level 10). I mean if your running NOS this seems like a good idea. JWT TCU is something else. Let's hope Robert can get a reprogramed TCU out there to us within a year or so!!
JDM level 10 transmission with an IPT valve body job with a hmmm... 3000 torque converter with JWT TCU and Robert Bowen ECU would be my fantasy choice .
