Chuggle - to thrust or heave forward The best of all for GMC - got mechaing coming!Jesda wrote:I thought chuggle was a word made up by GM when I saw it in a Cadillac TSB. I guess its an industry-wide made up word.
I've felt that way for decades, especially since front wheel drive showed up.rotorimp wrote:.----I think Engineers should be made to work on their own products from time to time. I don't think that there is any other way unless you evacuate the ac system and put it on outside the car.
I did the Lubeguard Red. I've only drive around 40 miles since, but it still chuggles. The car is a lot better since I did the flush, but it's not perfect. I'll try the TPS soon and see if that helps. I wish the Flush and filter would have solved it.maxnix wrote:Did that include 6 oz. of Lubeguard Red?
Do you think they'll be able to figure it out??? My hopes arent terribly high, but if they know how to work a consult and see what the trans is actually doing that may be helpful.AZhitman wrote:Well, despite everything appearing to be set properly, we are still having issues.
Our "laptop Consult" is reading weird on a couple parameters, so I'm not quite sure I trust it.
Looks like I'm going to be taking it in for some diagnostic time.
Have you gone through the car after eng R+R at the shop?I would be somewhat suspecious about the fact you didn't have that probllem bofore eng R+R.Looks like someting is not connected correctly.Cheers!AZhitman wrote:Yeah, I wish I could get the self-diagnostic to work.
We triple-checked fluid level, reset IAC, set timing, idle, checked the resistor...
Still acting funky, and I'm pretty certain it's electrical and not mechanical.
Could be a harness issue I guess.
