When using floor jack DO NOT place floor jack directly on trans. pan or you may damage components! Move any of the cruise control cables and IAC out your way and you can get a 17mm wrench on them from Top of motor! Here's a lot of good advice! 1.) Remove 10mm bolt from trans. filler tube and remove tube from trans. 2.) Upper drivers side trans fluid out-put line is hard to get too! Be careful not to bend the lines and not to strip Banjo bolt hole! 3.) Drain trans. fluid! 4.) The two 17mm bolts next to the two very top bolts can be removed using a C-Style wrench or 17mm socket and swivel and long extensions! 5.) Drive shaft will be hell to loosen some of the bolts only remove whats necessary! 6.) Make sure torque converter is seated all the way against the shaft! You will feel it seat into place but, when re-installing if you let the front of the trans-bell-housing drop too far down TQ will fall off of seating surface so make sure before you do that final push to bolt it up! Reach up and make sure it's still in place!
