Perhaps two different problems.

Check the underside of the exhaust headers for oil.

We need a maintenance history to guess at the stumble.

1.) No it stinks and makes a mess.

2.) Get the Infiniti dealer performed service from any dealer or Infiniti Customer Service. The former can print it for you the latter will read it to you over the phone. Dealer is doing you a favor so ask very nicely.

Ah, no. If you have oil dripping on the headers from leaking valve cover gaskets (first culprit) then it will not burn off, but get baked onto the pipes and not only smell like crap, but it will fill your cabin with noxious fumes while idling at a light; plus it just looks bad sitting there in your cool ride with smoke coming from under your hood. Trust me, been there, done that.

As for the stumble in acceleration, that could be a dirty or malfunctioning MAS, coils that are dying or even faulty KSs. If you have no maintenance history on your car, then it's time for you to roll up your sleeves and do what the rest of the members on the forum have done, fix what you can fix with your tool/garage resources and save up for having to pay a reputable shop to fix the rest. I am not too familiar with the G50 model since I own a FGY33 (1998 Q) but maintenance is maintenance. With a few inexpensive quality tools, you should be able to repair a lot of issues as they come up. Just remember, if the repair started with removing 18 bolts and clips, then there is most likely a reason for that and you shouldn't just replace 15. Now is the time for you to see what parts are missing from your car or need to be repalced and track down replacements such as engine splash covers and wiring harness clips.

If you are planning on keeping the car for awhile and enjoying it the way you are supposed to, then start reading more on this forum and make a list of the common repairs needed for your model. Remember, your goal should be solve the problem, not treat the symptoms. You will get a lot of smack from certain members on here if you post comments about how much certain repairs and parts cost. But, if you are able to do much of the work yourself or have an able bodied friend with the tools and lots of time, you can get your car current with the maintenance these car require.

The nice thing is that you are not driving an Audi or Mercedes that you need special tools to fix or become a slave to the dealer. Start doing your own research as your issues come up and I'm sure you will be able to locate a detailed post to help you diagnose and repair the problem. Lots of great members on this forum if you approach them right.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Ted, Chicago
