Out of curiousity, do the President tail lights fit on a Q45 if one were to swap the trunk lid?

Nope

These are LED type lights for the R34 Skyline.

The JDM G50 tail lights are no different from the US G50's

Nah, the OEM ones have an "even" glow to them, these have the tell-tale LED "lines"

But still for an R34, none the less.
