Here's a nice example of President converted G50 Q45 (90-93 model with driver side on left) on Japanese Yahoo auction.

So, that's USDM G50 with the President FE & RE swap? I think it's the big rectangular head lights, or overall boxiness of the nose.

I like the front ALOT, but have never been a fan of the President trunk lid??

Of course that thing sits higher than mine .

Yeah, rather grace less. Maybe its the shorter wheelbase.

The trunk finisher is do declassé.

The Nissan President front end is goofy.

Everytime I see it, I get this feeling that it was tacked on to satisfy the Japanese market's craving for grills. It doesn't flow at all.

The best would be to install the US G50 front and rear on the long wheelbase President and then convert it to left hand drive.

Getting it registered is another story.

id like to look into how much extra space the president LWB adds to the trunk and interior..... I doubt its worth it..

personally, i dont really care about rear seat room, and as long as i can hold my golf clubs in the trunk, thats big enough!!!!!!

Well, the whole point of a 4 door car is to carry passengers in the back, so I would be a fan of a LWB model. The Y33 is supposed to have more leg room in the back than the G50, but I think they would have nailed it if it was about 2" longer.

i agree. However the differnece between the Y33 and G50 rear seat room isnt that much differen.t the Y33 seems wider and it probably has a more preferable rear seat.. however the rear seating isnt very good in either car compared to say a 740iL.. there you are TRUELY confortable...

Rear leg room would be OK if they had designed the front seats so you could get your feet under them.

LOL... Maybe those Japanese corporate executives don't have long legs that need bigger leg room in the back sit... or who knows if the chauffer or secretary sits so close to the dash so that their boss gets more room in the back. Oh BTW, their front passenger seat folds so rear passenger can rest their feet on it :DI love the adjustable rear seat option on LWB version!

Yes, the pass-through section on the non-drivers front seat allows the rear seat occupants to stretch their legs.

Love it....

Wider wheels and lower stance would look even nicer.
