Nice picture of the car.
I am also a big fan of the wheel+tire storage. I like building things to fit my stuff in my space, versus buying premade and trying to make it work at home... whenever possible.

22 years and all paint is original.
thanks, it cost me ~$70 for the supplies to build. pre-made would have cost more and not offered nearly as much storage!

The car looks sweet. Do you have all of the tires and wheels to change the look of the car at times?

haha, yeh. I have 3 cars, so I like to mix it up depending on my mood, the weather, which one was just washed, etc.
the top shelf is the factory BBS forged 15". they come in at 38-39 lb per assembly! I keep those for show (biotch to keep those basketweaves clean, and also the paucity of 'good' rubber in 15" sizing).
the bottom shelf is the 18x8's (FX35). even with the sidewall of a 245/45 (vs. tire rack recommended 245/40) those are a little harsh for my taste.
middle rack is the 5 factory rims off the avant.....

Very nice! Is that a central air conditioner for your garage mounted on the wall beside the air compressor?

hahaha- yeh, it's carbon impregnated but still about time for a change.
yes, I put in a 1.5 ton unit into my 480 sq ft garage. Hey, central florida gets miserable in the summer!

oh, and how about a lil love for my compressor....Quincy, made in the USA! It's 6 years old now, wonder how long they will be able to keep that novel status before succumbing to the overseas garbage manufacturing.....

I wasn't going to say anything, but yeah. I'm just glad it's not the one for the house pulling intake air from the garage. I have a house I'm flipping with the main return in the kitchen not 6 feet from the stove, so I wouldn't put anything past some installers! Talk about knowing what's for breakfast! Oh well, I don't have to live there...

Compressor looks very nice! With all of that wheel swapping, you definitely need a good one.

Thanks CS. I know you are a detail freak for clean stuff--I appreciate it too!
