My Q's heeting is not as strong as I think it should be or can be. The air coming through the vents feels warm with blower at full speed and temperature set at 85°.

I just did the Operational Check (HA-52) and all looks good. BTW The engine is at normal operating temperature.

Self-Diagnosis Test Results:

STEP 1: Checks L.E.D.s and segments illuminatation (Page HA-66) All Good.

STEP 2: Checks each sensor circuit for open or short circuit (Page HA-66) I got Code No. 25 - Sunload sensor

STEP 3: Checks mode door position (Page HA-67)All Good.

STEP 4: Checks operation of each actuator (Page HA-67)All Good.

STEP 5: Checks temperature detected by sensors(Page HA-67)

42° Ambient Sensor77° In-Vehicle Sensor77° Intake Sensor

The temperature in reality it's closer to 21° and feels like 14°.

Also, I noticed while doing the test, the air was hotter than it was before. So maybe my problem is intermittent...

====================================================The previous owner told me that he replaced the radiator just before I bought the car, which would mean approximately a little under 2 years ago. Mileage was approximately 143,000 miles.

I did a Rad flush/changed the coolant at 145,775 miles exactly 13 months ago, and the car now has 154,605 miles.

Looking at the previous owner's service records, he also replaced the Evaporator and Dryer at 99,908miles and the A/C Blower Motor at 76,662miles. Infiniti dealer did the work.

Any ideas anyone?

go back into self diagnosis and get to mode 43.... Get to the 41 menu by pressing warmer twice.. then press defrost until it shows 43. That should be the FULL HOT setting... Feel the air coming from the vents (should come from the mid vents and lower vents)... if its HOT, let me know (that is good)

you can do this test with the engine running too, so that youll get circulation of hot coolant...

Just did what you asked me and it is hot air coming out of all the vents. I put my hand in front of each one to be sure. Not very powerful, but hot. I warmed up the car before doing the test and also left it running during the test.

the ambient temp looks off... 20F would make a difference....

ive found the in vehicle sensor reads a little high... so that doesnt bother me so much...

now you can break your VOM out (arent you already excited?) and test the ambient sensor... Check it out in the HA section, if you cant find it let me know and ill point you in the right direction. youll be testing resistance and comparing it to the chart....

Can I adjust it or do I have to replace it?

I might have to call you on this one. I'm still reading.
