G50: driver door wont open

my 94 infinity driver side door wont open any way at all including using a slim jim. I swapped out the actuator with a junkyard one and that quit aftre a few days. unfortunayelly, i put the pannel back on so had to bend back molding and cut a hole in the inside pannel to get some access. Even after all this it is still no go. Any ideas?
