I have damage to my rear bumper trim insert on the 94-- the silver plastic stip that fits in the buper cover, questions;

1) where can I get a low cost replacement?2) how do you install it? Does the bumper cover have to be removed?

My body work estimate has the replacement part at $130.

P.

I've been looking for the answers to those same questions as well.

While I don't need them just yet, I wouldn't mind having a spare set on hand just in case.

Free bump in the hopes that someone will have the answers.

Didn't recognize you till I read your signature analask.

But the trim according to page BF-8 in the 1994 Q45 FSM is irremovable, it is one piece but I would call IOS and see if its possible to order separate.

But it might be part of the bumper or just a piece added with double sided tape to the bumper.

Try a junk yard and see.

What ever happened to the guy that hit you?

It was anlasak, roughly pronounced: ahn-lah-shahk.

But with replies such as above, one should be able to deduce what my reasoning is behind the name change.
